Travel Map Sardinia is an indexed, road map at 1:300 000. It includes a detailed city plan of Cagliari, which has its own extensive index.
Places of interest including nature reserves, national parks, museums, monuments and religious site are listed and depicted by a wide range of pictorial symbols for instant recognition, these symbols have been colour coded by category.
In addition to the road and rail networks, ferry routes and airports, this map provides an overview of the topography through the use of relief shading, with mountain and hill ranges named and peak heights given. An inset map shows the ferry network to and from Sicily, Corsica and the mainland with operator contact details supplied against each route.
Also included is an overview map of west Tuscany, Corsica and Sardinia at a scale of 1:800 000.
Where applicable, handy distance indicators in the margin, give distances to the nearest town, major locations and motorway junction. Intermediate driving distances are marked on main roads.
The extensive legend is shown in 4 languages.
