Governing Imperative

If one tries to answer the question: "what is this book about?", the only words that come to the mind are: "about the leadership and about the responsibility". Not about numbers, not about procedures, not about scandals, not about success stories. About the behaviour.

What should be the right behaviour of key persons that are "engines of a company"? What role should be played by top executives, non-executive directors, chief financial officiers? How should they see their responsibilities vis-a-vis shareholders, employees and all the stakeholders of the company?
