Review of Genus Cotugnia Diamare from Maharashtra

The present book is review of Cotugnia Diamare including more than 22 species of Cotugnia which are infecting the Gallus gallus domesticus, Pigeon and many other birds. Consequently, economical loss due to their heavy infection increasing day by day, various districts are taken from the Maharashtra state and made survey about the prevalence of Cotugnia. In the present book author focused on the various species of the Cotugnia. Figures are also given in the book and few of the species figures was not found to make available in the book. The book embodied the species wise classification including host and relevant description. During the formation of survey, Late. Dr. Baba Jadhav inspired me to make this work and my colleagues. Hope this book will be fruitful for the young researchers and students in the field of Parasitology and concerned stream.
